Total Care acquires Heritage
Total Care North West has acquired Heritage Homecare Services for an undisclosed sum.
Total Care, based in Lancaster and Kendal, provides a range of home care services across North Lancashire and South Lakeland and the deal doubles the firm’s turnover and staff numbers and gives the business a strategic foothold in East Lancashire and parts of West Yorkshire. Co-founder and director of Total Care Angela Hughes said that the deal represents a ‘natural progression’ of the business, allowing it to acquire further local authority work.
